After five years in industry, working for Unilever, Nick first entered the financial sector 30 years ago out in Sydney, Australia. Nick has experience in both corporate finance and investment management, helping build up the team at Teather & Greenwood from 60 to 350 people. He set up LIM to specialise in advising family offices and professional investors on shares listed on AIM and the LSE main market. Nick is a Chartered Fellow of the Securities Institute (Chartered FCSI).

Gillian has 16 years experience working within all aspects of Equity and Fixed Income Trading, Custody and Settlement. She previously held positions at HSBC Private Bank (UK) Ltd and Tilney Group Ltd's on-line trading platform, BestInvest. Gillian is a Chartered Fellow of the Securities Institute (Chartered FCSI).
